Please note that if the kitchen is used, there must be a mashgiach on site.  Cong. Beth Aaron will provide the mashgiach.  The cost for a mashgiach is $275 per event ($225 for a brit). The payment is made directly to the mashgiach. 
A refundable security deposit of $300 is required to confirm a rental.  This charge will not be deducted from the cost of the rental.  The security deposit is payable by PayPal or credit card at the time of booking.
