2. Complete the seat information by inserting the name of the person coming (optional) and whether the seat is requested in the Men's or Women's Section.

3. If you will be here only for Rosh Hashana or Yom Kippur, please note that by each seat.

Full Member, Beit Midrash, Social Hall, Full Member, Beit Midrash: $125 per seat
Associate Members (Social Hall, Beit Midrash or Vasikin only) $175 per seat
Non-member and Members-Not-In-Good-Standing (Social Hall, Beit Midrash or Vasikin only): $200 per seat
