Through the submission of this full membership agreement, we agree to pay the entire Building Fund assessment of $7,000 using the various options presented. If paying by installment, each installment is due by June 30, the Congregation's fiscal year end.

Of course, we or the Congregation may suggest a revision of this arrangement based on circumstances at the time.
