Dear Friends,

For the past nine years, our shul has been treating Teaneck’s on-duty firefighters to a Thanksgiving turkey dinner.  This dinner, with all the trimmings, allows us to show our appreciation to our town’s firefighters and is much appreciated by each and every one of them.  This year, we are expanding this project to include the members of  the Teaneck Volunteer Ambulance Corps (TVAC).  These first responders will also benefit from our hakarat hatov, our appreciation for all that they do.  In future years, we hope to add the Police Department as well.
 
You can complete the form below and pay online or you can mail or drop off a check in the shul office.  The deadline for making a donation to this year’s Project THANKS is Monday, November 21. 
 
Sponsors are welcome to join us for a children’s tour of the firehouse on Thanksgiving morning. Space may be limited; please indicate the number of children for the tour when you send in your donation. Please note that children require an adult chaperone.

We would like to have broad participation from our shul members in Project THANKS.  Some of the proceeds of this event will be used to cover the cost of the food and the remaining funds will be used by the shul to ensure our facility remains a safe and secure place for all our loved ones.  Please respond quickly to make this a most successful effort on behalf of our brave emergency responders.
