Meet our Youth Directors
Eli and Eliana Baum have been proud members of the community for nearly five years and are passionate about
contributing in meaningful ways. They are the proud parents of four wonderful children who inspire their commitment
to education and community life.
Eli recently earned his Master’s degree in Jewish and Special Education from the Touro Graduate School of Education.
He currently serves as the Dean of Students at Yeshiva Ketana of Manhattan and has spent the last several summers
as the Division Head for 1st and 2nd Grade at Camp Acheinu, where his leadership and warmth have made a lasting
impact on young campers and staff alike.
Eliana brings more than 15 years of classroom experience and is currently completing her 11th year as a 3rd Grade

each student.
Together, Eli and Eliana are excited to infuse the Youth Department with their love of Torah and commitment to
Yiddishkeit and to make it a place where all Beth Aaron children feel at home.
